How fast can I be seen after a car accident?
You can be seen the same day at any of our accident and injury clinics, and walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours. Untreated accident injuries often get worse, so get accident care within the first 72 hours.
What does it cost, and who pays?
If you have a personal injury claim, we can treat you on a medical lien and bill your settlement later, so most of those patients pay nothing out of pocket* to start. For everyone else, we accept auto insurance, PIP, Med Pay, and most major health plans. Your first consultation is free, and we confirm your options before treatment begins.
Can I still be treated if I was at fault?
Yes, you can. Personal Injury Protection and Med Pay on your own policy pay for your care regardless of fault, and we confirm your coverage before your first visit.
Do you take my insurance, or do you work on a lien?
We do both, depending on your situation. We accept most major insurance plans, and for personal injury cases we can treat you on a medical lien, which means eligible patients pay nothing out of pocket* until the case settles.
Do I need a referral, or can I walk in?
You do not need a referral, and we do not turn patients away. Call ahead or walk in during clinic hours.
The emergency room said I was fine. Do I still need to be checked?
Emergency rooms screen for bleeding, fractures, and head trauma. They do not evaluate whiplash, disc injuries, or the slower symptoms of a concussion, which often surface two to three days later. A second look from a board-certified physician at any of our locations catches what the scan missed.
